Randal Rucker
Randal Rucker became Chief Executive Officer of Family Service of Greater Boston in 1996. A long-time regional and national social service and public health leader, he chairs the board of directors of the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers, co-chairs Boston’s Thrive in Five early child development and school readiness initiative, and is a member of the Alliance for Children and Families and United Neighborhood Centers of America boards of directors. A graduate of Belmont University, Randal holds a master’s degree in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and attended Georgetown University Law Center. In 2005, he was invited to join the inaugural class of the Barr Foundation Fellows program, established to honor contributions of Boston's most prominent nonprofit leaders.
