Master Level Clinician

Individual & family therapy provided in client’s homes and community on an intensive basis (1-3 times per week).  FSGB uses a strength based approach, and engages as many family members as needed, and assists families in identifying and securing additional needs for informal or formal social supports.  Developing trusting relationships and assisting families to navigate systemic barriers is essential.  Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, CANS, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, parent support, psycho-education, referrals, linking clients with community supports (formal & informal) and collaboration.  Referrals come from various sources, including hospitals, emergency service providers, DCF, self referrals, etc.  Requires collaboration skills with public and private organizations on behalf of children, youth and families.  Third party billing required on non DCF contracted cases.   In Home Therapy, Family Stabilization and Support Services are most often delivered in a team model. 

 Qualifications: MSW or related Masters Level (i.e. counseling, psychology).  LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT or eligibility preferred.  One – two years minimum experience with high risk populations preferred (i.e. domestic violence, trauma, behavior disorders, working with at risk teens, abuse or neglect within families, etc).

Supervisor- Behavior Management Therapist (Full Time)

 

Master's level experienced therapist needed to conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop behavior treatment plans with caregivers to be implemented in child-youth home. Work with behavior management monitor who coaches caregivers in implementation of behavior plan.  Provide consultation to caregivers and other providers.  BCBA preferred, ABA experience essential, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred and supervisory experience required. Experience working with challenging child-youth behaviors, emotional disorders and work with caregivers required. Service is provided in the home and community.  Collaboration, team work and training are aspects of this position. 

Provide clinical, administrative and supportive supervision of master level and bachelor level staff.  Opportunities for growth and expansion of this program.

Independent licensure in social work, psychology, counseling or a closely related field. Excellent clinical consultation and leadership skills. 10 years experience in relevant position with three years of budgetary management experience.

APRN (16-21 hours per week)

Our Center for Behavioral Health is currently seeking an APRN (Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred) to provide psychopharmacological services in conjunction with, and under the medical supervision of a Board Certified Psychiatrist.  Provide high quality mental health services to families, parents, children, and adults in the clinic in compliance with Medicaid and DPH regulations.

The APRN must hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing or satisfactory completion of a formal education program; a current certification by a nationally recognized accrediting body approved by the Board for psychiatric nurse mental health specialists; and authorization to practice as a psychiatric nurse mental health specialist by the Board of Registration in Nursing.  Maintain authority to practice in expanded role, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registration  number, Ma Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) number (M.G.L.c.94CS.7(6)) and National Certification.

Experience with trauma and parenting evaluations a plus, but not required. Clinician position is clinic and/or school based.  Fee For Service providing in home therapy also available.
